For the health and safety of our customers, suppliers, and employees, Western Equipment Limited has taken several precautionary measures in response to the COVID-19 pandemic situation.
Both the Chatham and Windsor locations will remain open but are closed to walk-in customers until further notice. Both locations are open Monday-Friday, 7:00AM-5PM. Both locations will be closed on Saturdays until further notice.
If you need to place an order or contact us for any reason, you can contact our Chatham location by phone 519.352.0530 or fax 519.354.4220. You can contact our Windsor location by phone 519.945.4520 or fax 519.945.5552. You can order directly from your sales rep by email or phone, or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Our inventory remains robust, and we are doing everything in our power to maintain stock.
While we would be happy to deliver your order, you can still pick up your order if you call us first to arrange pickup. If you are a customer who usually pays for your order on pickup, we require payment by debit or credit card at this time.
Our outside sales staff are currently refraining from making in-person sales calls. You can still reach them by phone, email, or text. Any necessary meetings will be conducted via conference call.
Our employees have been encouraged to practice all the recommended measures to minimize the spread of the virus: social distancing, hand washing, and self-isolation if they have travelled or are experiencing any symptoms.
